START NOW !
As a new visitor to the site you may think that “face to face sessions” must be required to adopt new thinking processes. Personal training and mentoring is offered for individual managers, business owners and CEO,s but before that need is identified you need to make “small changes now!”
1. When faced with “dramatic change” you must start to consciously question the “your natural reflex and FIRST perceptive response. MOST irrespective of education or training seek a return to status quo or within their most recent comfort zone”
This response is intuitive not only due to the structure of our brain; but further embedded by our education which when oversimplified is the study of past patterns, and prior success models of socio-economic growth.
For all new resources, inventions and new products there is a linear phase which has growth and yields returns. HOWEVER for most of us (who are not “professional innovators, inventors or researchers”) our knowledge base and motivation is driven by “emulating the past and successful inputs of others in technology, product development, sales strategies and even social order”. This patterned development over long periods leads to the creation of theories based on time tested formulae. Theories push us to established linear relationships for throughput based on our INPUT RESOURCES.
If you believe that the relationship between INPUT and OUTPUT is changed?
Do you now require MORE INPUT for the same OUTPUT? This means that the yield from old inputs has started to fall!! Do you recall what this indicates? Read about Relative Saturation!
We need a simple method of thinking which allows us to use the “same thought process irrespective of the subject”. You can make a small start by Reading :
